Advaya offers information, educational content, counseling and coaching services to empower you to pursue your journey of recovery and healing. Advaya does not offer any medical or other healthcare services, including engaging in prescribing or administering ketamine or any other medicine. We operate in partnership with independent physicians, psychiatrists, and APRNs who are separate from our clinical operations and business structure. Our role is to provide comprehensive support and integration services to individuals receiving ketamine or psychedelic therapy. We work collaboratively with qualified medical professionals to ensure the highest standard of care and maximize the therapeutic benefits for our patients. We do not encourage or facilitate illegal activities. We urge you to please consult with your healthcare provider for specific medical advice and treatment recommendations.

Limitations and alternatives

Known limitations for Advaya:

  • JotForm Intake Form: The phone number field’s error message does not identify the field in error and the error message is not associated with the field in error. We selected JotForm as the most accessible offering that is also HIPPA compliant and are investigating accessible, effective alternatives to JotForm that will also comply with HIPPA regulations. Please reach out for assistance using a contact method listed on this page.
  • reCAPTCHA: The website uses the V2 checkbox form field that uses multiple naming techniques and the error message is hidden for assistive technologies with aria-hidden="true" incorrectly applied. The loading spinner is also not announced to screen read users.
